What is the issue with the device? If possible, post other useful information about the firmware of the device you're in need of e.g Build number, Chipset etc...

Unfortunately,the process com.Android.phone has stopped.and try to wipe user data and cache still not solve.
The phone is SPD.

Currently the firmware for your device (in related to your description) is no available, but before then, try removing the virus using Miracle AV, then post result.
