Itel it2160 has two CPU's SPD & MTK!

For the SPD CPU:

You can rd unlock using Miracle Thunder as shown below;

Or read unlock code using GSM Aladdin





You can also Flash its firmware: viewtopic.php?f=267&t=702


For the MTK CPU:

You can format the device using NCK Dongle MTK Module (watch the video below);
