I can provide you with Bird T9600 Firmware but the chipset is MT6572 v4.2.2 - But yours seems to be MT6577 and v4.0.4

If I may ask, what is the issue with the device?

it hang on logo i backed up the firmware and flash again still thesame

You flashed a Backup from the same device (with boot loop issue) or Backup from the same type of device (a different one) ?
