Have you tried performing a hard reset?

Here is a link for you but try flashing it with older version of sdp upgrade tool (SPD_Upgrade_Tool_R2.9.9005) which will enable you choose the specific partitions to flash . take note flash only system, userdata and persist. but before you do this make sure you first of all try a hard reset on the device and if it doesn't work then you go ahead and flash it ! thanks waiting for your feedback.
