Please help with iTel A14 firmware for this

Thank you for providing us with a screenshot of the read info log, kindly include the log or the build number of the device in your post.

And which flash tool support it
Flash done successfully, phone booting currently loading on Second boot, I used the flash tool in the firmware folder

Flash done successfully, phone booting currently loading on Second boot, I used the flash tool in the firmware folder
Phone now working perfectly. Thanks once again
