When you dial *#06# what message do you get, if possible send the screenshot as well.

Have you tried repairing the IMEI using NCK Box? This device is an SPD CPU, You can do this using NCK SPD Module.

Also supported in Infinity-Box [BEST] NK2.

I try formart and repair imei with avenger dongle spd module and then the phone is not rapair

Please, kindly use any of the above tools I listed, let me know if you have Infinity-Box [BEST] NK2 so I can provide you a Sec backup file that will fix the issue.

Ok sir i dont have infinity box only avenger,umt,z3x i have,sir is there any another solution after that

For now, I certainly can't tell if there is any other solution aside the ones I've mentioned above. Please note, this device is not and Android phone, it is a feature phone, so I've edited your first post in other not to mislead others.
