HOW TO FLASH TECNO F1 Andoid v 8.1-HELP ME!

I have a Tecno F1 Android version 8.1.0 [upgraded itself via network update]
every app on it has crashed and you can only view files without deleting or editing anything
NB: Hand flashing isn't working
Factory reset isn't working as it will Restart anytime you try Factory reset or handflasing it. +2347065845224 [email protected]

What is hand flashing? Do you mean hard reset?
