Hi sir good afternoon to you, I'm the person that reported the issue of tecno pop2f b1f to you last Friday, I have downloaded the two files the phone's firmware and the aftersales tools asked me to download but the aftersales is not opening this is the message I get (login) I VerifyFeaureCode fail.

From v5 of SWD AfterSles Service Tool requires login, Kindly use the latest v4.
