Hi please help me out I mistakingly use pop2 b1 file to flash pop2f b1f using spflash tools and the [download only selection] and not that it actually flashed fully, it just run the purple color line twice and it stopped and the phone did not turn on again, since then I have been battling to flash it with the normal pop2f b1f file and it's not going through instead I keep getting this error message [user] this is this is a secure Base-band Chip! Please select the authentication file first please help me I beg of you. Thanks in advance

Do you know the initial build number of your device before you attempted flashing a wrong firmware?
What is the issue with the device?

I did not know the build number, but the phone had password and it wasn't entering hard reset so I wanted to flash it with the out that was what happened, please can it still work again?

Yes your device can work again! Kindly flash the firmware using After Sales Service Tool (SWD AfterSales): viewtopic.php?f=59&t=674

I have just tried the aftersales and it fails on the (connecting to the DA)

Thank you for providing the screenshots. As shown in the images above, the firmware you are flashing are lower variants (build). You need a firmware with higher build number. Also, which version of SWD AfterSales Tool are you using?
