Was the language complete when you started using the device? (if yes, what did you do that resulted in it to this present state) or has it been like that (incomplete) since you started using the device?

That means they are the default languages. Have you tried to add other languages from Settings > Languages & input?

* After downloading the above file, extract the zip file and install the setup on your PC.
