[SOLVED] ITEL S32 MINI

Hey fam!! I hope y'all doing just fine!! I have an Itel S32 Mini, so when I try to do a factory reset and it resets successfuly but everything doesn't go away.
The Pattern and all the data is still there!!!
What could be the problem??
Please suggest any possible causes or solutions. Thank you in advance.

In recovery menu, Scroll down to More > then Wipe data.

Use Search Button to get Instant Results | Follow Forum Rules
