Infinix Hot 6 Pro X608 is a Qualcomm device. Before you can repair IMEI on this device you need to erase the firmware of the device. Use the link below.
How To Erase Infinix X608 Firmware Using Miracle Box: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=694

After erasing the firmware of the device, then you need to flash the device. The link below would guide you on how to do that.
How To Flash Infinix X608: Fix Half (Incomplete) Apps After Flash, Repair IMEI & Fix "No" Network Issue: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=693

After flashing the device, you will now write the QCN file using QPST Tool. The above will also guide you on how to do that.
