please All...i nées help for dead infinix x625B... i have try after sale tool but error..please help me

1. What is the issue with the device and how did it result to the hard brick (dead) state?
2. What is the build number of the device (if possible post log)? and which firmware did you flash?
3. What error are you getting when flashing the device with AfterSales Service Tool (SWD AfterSales)?
