How To Flash/Unbrick LG Mobile Devices Using Octoplus/Octopus Box

This is a tutorial on how to Flash/Unbrick LG Mobile Devices Using Octoplus/Octopus Box.

WARNING!
Flashing will erase all of your data
All described operations you are doing at your own risk.


Requirements:
  • Octoplus/Octopus Box
  • Octoplus/Octupus Box Setup: [ Please, Login to view this link]
  • USB Cable or Box Connector USB
  • And of course the Firmware of the LG Device you are about to flash
How To (Steps):
After getting all the requirements (the above files), follow the rest of the steps below.

Step 1:
Download and install Octoplus/Octopus Box Setup.

Step 3:
Connect your Octopus Box & Launch the Octopus Box Setup from your PC.

Step 3:
Identify & Select the TAB where your LG Device belongs to (e.g LG Analog Devices, LG Infineon, LG Texas Instruments, LG Qualcomm, LG MTK, LG SEMC).

Step 4:
Select Firmware

Step 5:
Connect device using COM or USB Cable (the device will enter TAT Mode), Then Click on Write Firmware.

Step 6:
Wait for the device to be recognized and get connected. Once your device has been Connected, Patiently wait for the process to complete until it shows you Writing firmware done!
