Below is a guide on How To Flash Tecno L3 Successfully.

Device Info:
Name: Tecno
Model: L3
Chipset: MT6575
Android version: 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean)

WARNING!
Flashing will erase all of your data
All described operations you are doing at your own risk.


Requirements:
  • SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1724: [ Please, Login to view this link]
  • SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1304: [ Please, Login to view this link]
You can also use any SP Flash Tool v3.x (any version 3)

How To (Steps):
After getting all the requirements (the above files), follow the rest of the steps below.

Step 1:
  • Flash the 1st Scatter firmware (Tecno_L3_A351_20130813_V0_2_3) using SP Flash Too SP Flash Tool v5.1724, when you encounter a storage mismatch error, click here to fix: viewtopic.php?f=104&t=277
Step 2:
  • After fixing the storage mismatch error and the device doesn't work perfectly, Load the 2nd Scatter firmware with SP Flash Tool v3.1304 using only the Firmware -> Upgrade Option this time.

Step 3:
After a successful flash, don't hard reset device, allow the device to boot up normally (it could take a couple of minutes). Once the device boots up, go to device Settings and perform a Factory data reset.


Note: You can connect the device using Vol up + Vol down button or Power button only.
