Hello everyone.

I have a question about this phone,it is sm-g950f model international.
I need to downgrade to nougat if it possible from pie.
The bootloader V6 (latest one).Is there any solutions ?

Because of the wifi and battery perfomance.

I need to downgrade to nougat.

You'll need a roll-back firmware, a repair firmware (4 files) to do that. What is your device bit (binary)? Kindly provide a screenshot of the device in download mode for clarity.

Also, why Nougat (Android 7)? and why not Oreo (Android 8)?

It does not matter nougat or oreo just don't like pie.
