Help guys, could some please assist me on how to solve Iphone restore problems?

When i use 3utools it gives ERROR: unable to restore iDevice(-2)
When i use itunes its gives " An unknown error occurred (4013)

Make sure you're using the latest version of iTunes or 3uTools. Also, make sure you're flashing the latest iOS ipsw (firmware) of the device, if the issue persist, change PC.
