Below is a guide on How To Enable USB Debugging On HTC Devices.
If you must have been wondering where to find Developer Options in HTC devices, here's where to find it!

USB Debugging
The primary function of this mode is to facilitate a connection between an Android device and a computer. USB debugging allows you to send commands from your computer to your phone with ease.

How To (Steps):

Step 1:
  • Goto menu.

  • About.
