This is a tutorial on How To Change Language On Any Android Devices without Root Permission. Have you tried changing the language on your Android Smartphone either using some language apps but it still requires root permission to download or install the languages?

How To (Steps):
After getting the above requirement, follow the steps below.

Step 1:

• Extract the zip file and install the setup on your PC.

Step 2:

• Now, Enable USB Debugging Mode and connect the device to your PC.

Step 3:

• Launch Language_Chancher.exe and Install drivers.

Step 4:

• After installing the drivers, Install Morelocale2.

Step 5:

• Now this will install morelocal2.apk to your phone.

Step 6:

• From the popup (MoreLocale2.apk installed in your phone), set the preferred language you want.
